Yoshi-P literally plays a lalafell. Not to mention that female lalafells dominate the top percentage of best content clears. The game does not at any moment ever present or treat them as children either. It's pretty much the usual culprits (cat girls, bun hoes and fem lizards)who project their degeneracy haaaaard onto lalas. Small chasers in denial tbh.
